|
We are
proud to propose our customers, a liveaboard diving cruises in one of the most
amazing diving place in the world with an unique ecosystem, due to its
remoteness, and incredible biodiversity: Cocos Island off the coast of
Costa Rica in Central America, 300 nautical miles off Cabo Blanco, in
the Pacific Ocean. Access to this great dive site is on board the M.V. Sea Hunter, a 1994 rebuilt for diving vessel, cruising and diving the area since. She is a 34m / 115 feet vessel catering for a maximum of 18 passengers superbly accommodated in 8 spacious twin, double or triple cabins with private facilities, ample storage, and dryer. On board, the experimented crew will bring to the keen divers, a touch of the best diving sites in the tropical Pacific region. Cocos Island is home to various endemic species found only in these waters or on its steep rain forest covered hills. Every dive will unveil underwater wonders rarely seen, and divers will be surrounded by abundant pelagic life ranging from huge schoals of jack fishes, to hammer head sharks, and manta rays. Water visibility is between 25 to 30m (85 to 100 feet), the island being of volcanic origin with, the rainfalls don't affect the visibility around the island, as little sediments rush into sea, and visibility conditions are always in the 12m (40 feet) minimum and up. |
