Diving Holidays and Packages in Collioure, France
 
 
     It is never easy to be able to combine a great holiday in a lovely place, great diving, excellent cultural interaction, and a superb culinary experience. Here in Collioure, in the heart of the south west of France, we have it all!...
     Ideally situated a mere 30 km from Perpignan's airport, on the coast line towards nearby Spain, is the small cultural town of Collioure. The place kept its charms from before the tourism development helped by the Catalan people who are both picturesque, welcoming, and rightly extremely attached to their regional identity.
     Scuba diving always has been part of the major leisure and sport activities of the region and has been well developed since the mid 50's in a place which pioneered numerous underwater experiences.
     The Cap Bear National Park ("reserve naturelle") is certainly one of the very best diving experiences a diver can have in Europe and in the Mediterranean Sea.
 
 

 

 
 

     We bring to the certified divers, the wonders of southern France both above and under the water in the format of a week diving holidays with accommodation in 3* Hotel in Collioure for 7 nights with breakfast, and a package of 10 boat dives with tanks, weights and dive guide.
     Peak season is of course July and August, and divers should plan at least 6 months in advance if they wish to dive during these months...). Best time of the year with great water conditions, and away from the crowd would be May, June and September. Warmest water conditions will be at their peak in July and August.
