Liveaboard Diving Cruises Great Barrier Reef on board the M.V. Spirit of Freedom
 
 
     The M.V. Spirit of Freedom is a 10 year old luxury class liveaboards diving cruises vessel, recently refitted, specifically designed to cruise and dive the Great Barrier Reef. She is 36 meters long, caters for a maximum of 26 guests accommodated in double/twin or quadruple cabins with air conditioned, private facilities, showers. Cabins are very spacious and comfortable.
    Her three decks include a huge open sun deck, lounge/bar deck with dining salon, all premises are air conditioned.
     To increase the comfort and functionality for her customers divers, she also has a library, digital processor for photographers and a CD downloading area for video and other electronic equipment.
     All meals are cooked by a chef, and wine is complimentary on each cruise with every dinner taken on board. The M.V. Spirit of Freedom is designed for great customer support and service, and is one of the very best vessel operating now on the Great Barrier Reef.
 
 

 

 
 

     The M.V. Spirit of Freedom sails from Cairns to either the Cod Hole, or to the Coral Sea with an excellent program between the great ecosystem of Osprey reefs. A combined trip of both the Cod Hole and the Coral Sea is possible for the best diving experience and maximum marine life discovery on this portion of the Great Barrier Reef.
     Passengers will be accommodated in very spacious twin/double, quad cabin share, with air conditioned and private facilities per cabin. The Coral Sea trip is schedules on a 4 days / 4 nights format with up to 16 dives, as the Cod Hole cruise is scheduled on a 3 days / 3 nights format with up to 11 dives. The combined trip will span over a 7 days / 7 nights with up to 27 dives.
    
     Complete vessel charter for groups available (minimum 12 divers), specifically arranged for diving clubs.

Departures on Mondays (7 days out on the reef) and Thursdays (Thursdays departure include free low flight to Lizard Island and a 5 hours return to Cairns mid week)
 
 
     All cruises include: transfers from hotel to vessel, accommodation, all meals with wine at dinner, tanks, weights and dive supervisor.
     Do not include: all air fares to Cairns, equipment rental if necessary, alcoholic beverages on board (except wine for dinner), 15 A$ National Park fees per person, payable in cash on location.
